I’m currently looking to fill two bedrooms in the apartment and seeking new roommates.

• Both rooms can comfortably fit a bed, dresser, and desk.
• Shared with 3 roommates total.
• Rooftop access.
• Renovated bathroom.
• Central heat and AC.

Requirements:
• First month’s rent + security deposit.
• Proof of income - employment (recent pay stubs or other ?
• Reference from a previous landlord.
• A video interview is required before meeting in person.
All questions will be answered during the interview — no texting about details, please.
