Room in BedStuy Apartment

We are looking for someone to join us on our lease for a room in our split level ground-floor apartment in Bedstuy. You would be able to move in by September 1st and join us until the lease ends next September (2027).

About the Bedroom & Apartment:
The bedroom is 10x10 feet, has a closet. There is also a remote-controlled AC/Heat unit built into the room. We have two full baths and an additional half bath downstairs, so you only have to share with one other person. We have an open-area kitchen & living room combo with a kitchen table, couch and large TV with all the major streaming services in the common area. Additionally included is a shared office & supply room that all roommates have open access too.

We are located in a triangle between the JM / G / and C trains, each being about a 15 minute walk. We also have multiple bus stops around the area. The neighborhood is great, with our apartment just two blocks away from Herbert Von King Park. We also live within walking distance of several grocery stores.
Additional amenities include:

*In-building washer dryer unit ($2.75 / load each).
*Reliable street parking and a nearby citibike stands.

The total cost of the apartment is split evenly between all 4 roommates, bringing the base rent to $1450 per person. We are currently on a utility plan that costs $129 a month per person, as well as a $23 dollars per person for wifi, bringing the total cost of living here up to around $1602 a month.

About Us:
We are a group of friends who have been living together for the last six years. One single man, one woman and man couple, early to late 30s, and a quiet and clean 8 year old cat named Domino. All three of us work in the film and television industry and have part time jobs in between gigs. We work from home some days, but our schedules can vary, though we mostly keep regular day-time schedules. We like watching movies, TV shows and playing video games in the living room together at times, and do our best to make the space accessible, fun and open to everyone to use.
We are looking for someone clean, communicative, and if you're more on the geeky/nerdy side that's a big plus!
