Hi everyone! I'm traveling this summer and looking for someone to sublet my apartment from July 7 to August 31 (with flexible move in/move out dates). You would be sharing the space with a professional woman in her mid twenties in our 2 bedroom, newly renovated brownstone apartment.

The apartment is located in the heart of Bed-Stuy, just a few blocks from both Franklin Ave and Nostrand Ave A/C train. The apartment is tucked on a residential street, but we're steps away from popular streets where you’ll find tons of conveniences — the best restaurants and cafes, nail salons, grocery stores, PureGym, Planet Fitness, T-Mobile/AT&T, banking, plus a short commute to Prospect Park.

The Room:

Private bedroom located at the back of the apartment for a quite, peaceful night's sleep.

Comes furnished with a queen bed, bookshelf and tall dresser.

The large window brings in tons of natural light.

Move-in would be on July 7. If you’d prefer a July 1 move-in, I’m happy to discuss that as well. To secure the sublet, July rent ($2200) would be due before move-in. August rent would be due on August 1. Utilities are included, so there wouldn’t be any additional monthly costs.
