Hi! I'm Landon, and I'm looking for a new roommate for my 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in Bed-Stuy. The room is available January 15th or later (I'm flexible). You would be taking over the lease of my old roommate, which ends June 30, 2026. The apartment is a four-floor walk-up, right off the G train. It was built in 2023 and I was the first tenant. The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, a balcony, and individual A/C-Heaters in each room (no dishwasher). The living room is furnished, but your room is not. Your room has a private, wrap-around balcony, a medium-sized closet, and space for a queen-sized bed, desk, and dresser.
I'm a graduate student with a five-year-old medium-sized black dog. I like to keep the shared spaces pretty clean, but with a dog, I'm always vacuuming! I'm usually at school during the day and studying at home in the evenings and weekends, but I still love to host the occasional wine and movie night. I love to garden in my windowsill and bake whenever I have free time. I'd be happy with a new friend or someone that wants to keep to themselves. LGBTQ+ friendly needed!
