Subletting my room in a solid Bed-Stuy spot. Here's the deal:

Two large floors. You'd be sharing the first floor with one other person, but they're barely around (maybe 3 days every couple weeks). So it feels pretty private most of the time.

**The roommate situation:**
Two other people in the two floor apt. Everyone's pretty chill and keeps to themselves. They are both travelers so not around much

Good for someone who wants their own space but likes having people around occasionally. Works well if you're working remotely since it's quiet during the day.

Available ASAP through March 1 with an option to extend or takeover the lease entirely.
