You'll also have direct access to the private courtyard, your own 1/2 bathroom and a washer + dryer. I'm one floor up on the ground level with a large kitchen, and the full bathroom we'd share. Additionally, there's a shared rooftop with BBQ's and a gym on the 6th floor. You'll receive a dongle key to enter the building and then a key to enter your room.
