Hello, we are two guys in our 20’s looking for a third to sublet one of the rooms in our apartment in Bed-Stuy starting February (the lease ends in August 2026). This is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, right next to the Bedford-Nostrand G line (1min walk). Washer and dryer in building with elevator. The apartment is on the 6th floor with a common roof deck available for all residents of the building (a picture of the roof deck is attached here).

Rent is $1,300 without utilities. Utilities (electricity and Internet) come up to approximately 80$/person.
