4 bed, 2 bath 4th floor apartment looking for 1 female roommate preferably between 23-40 years old to sublet the largest bedroom ($950/month) for 3 months (August-October 2025). 1 year lease option available after that starting Nov 1st!

This is my favorite place I’ve ever lived, I am sad I have to move out because I am starting school in the fall. The room is very spacious with a fire escape attached, 2 east facing windows with lots of natural light and a peaceful courtyard view, and with a large private closet! See photos, the room comes with the bed (twin), desk, chair, and the small dresser photographed in my closet, free of charge. There are 3 awesome women ages 25-30 already living here who are wonderful roommates and who value cleanliness, personal space, and clear and respectful communication. 2 people share each bathroom and common space is for everyone. Utilities are not included in rent but are roughly $50-$60 per month per person when split 4 ways. Apartment comes with Internet and fully functioning kitchen, though we do not have a dishwasher or in building laundry. There is a laundromat located a 2 minute walk away. Landlords are a fantastic, communicative retired couple who will come by regularly to ensure no issues and will respond to requests for everything from broken appliances to changing lightbulbs. We are about a 3 minute walk from the A/C trains and a 10 minute walk from the G train. Lots of local shops and grocery stores nearby, as well as schools, families, and kind neighbors. This is an amazing place to live.

We are just seeking 1 female roommate. Please no pets, couples, or kids. No smoking in the apartment please.
