This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment shared with me, Kaitlyn. You'll have your own private room, while I live in the second bedroom.

The common spaces (living room, kitchen, and bathroom) are shared with me. I am very considerate & accommodating in sharing my space with guests.

Located on a quiet, residential street, the apartment is in a historic building with a recently renovated interior. It sits at the intersection of Bed-Stuy, Williamsburg, and Bushwick, making it easy to explore Brooklyn and commute to Manhattan.

🔹 Note on Remote Work: The living room is a shared space and not suitable for full-time remote work. However, you’re welcome to work from your room, and I can recommend great cafés, libraries, and coworking spaces nearby.
