Room Available!

Hi there! We are looking for a person to join our household. We have a newly available room in our 4bed-2bath apartment and would like to fill it with a woman if possible. The room is freshly painted and renovated. It has 3 window, the fire escape, and a good size closet. You would share the bathroom with one other person. The second bathroom is shared by the 2 other roommates. We have access to the roof and can see the fireworks on the 4th of July! Every room has it's own AC/Heat unit. There's more than enough space in the living room and we're willing to rearrange things as needed. There are a couple of laundry machines in the building and also a laundromat around the corner. Supermarket is 2 blocks away.

We're all pretty clean and cordial with one another. We hang out, cook, talk about our day. Sometimes we also hide away in our own rooms for days lol. We don't smoke in the house but my roommate uses the fire escape which is accessible from your room also.
