Available in our apartment is 1 room in a 5 bedroom duplex. We are three full-time employed roommates and 1 student in our 20's/30's. The apartment works extremely well - we all have our separate schedules (1 bathroom works!).

Apartment: This apartment is on the top two floors of the building. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms (one is yours), kitchen, dining/common area, bathroom, and balcony.

Upstairs: Upstairs are two more bedrooms and our own private roof-deck.

Room: This is a LARGE room. You should be able to fit up to a queen sized bed, a love seat, a desk, and more. Please use the dimensions in the available photo for reference. It has a large closet and it faces the backyard and is extremely quiet throughout both the days and weekends. (Note - this room is UNFURNISHED)

Neighborhood: The place is very conveniently located one block away from the G Myrtle-Willoughby stop. Also close by is a ten minute walk to the JMZ Flushing Ave stop. There is a coffee shop a block away as well as a couple bars a couple blocks away.

Expectations: Looking for an awesome roommate! You're fully employed, respectful, clean up after yourself, socially conscious, don't bring the party home, etc. etc. You'll also help out around the house, buying supplies when needed, clean up, etc.

Costs: $1275 a month plus utilities, which can be range from $80 to $120 depending on the month and usage.
