Little about me, I'm Giovanni a professional that works in architecture world mostly at the office early and back home for dinner time after 6 pm Sometime i work from home. in the smaller centered room Vito comes in during the day to study and work on the computer , he is a trader, He rarely sleeps over he stays by his gf. I cook most of the time or order in enjoy the fully furnished kitchen and while weather permits I spend a lot of time in the backyard where I dine and exercise, grow veggies, and chill peacefully with wine n fire. I look forward to sharing it with you, plant, and entertain together. We love cooking together and play music, Jazz and R&B mostly, often watch a good movie. The neighborhood is constantly changing in a thriving way with a COOP food source + Lincoln Market lots of nice restaurants: Golda, Hart's, Calaca, Locanda Vini e Olii, The Fly, Speedy Romeo, and many more. A truly formed community. The C stop is 3 min walk @Fulton/ Franklyn and the A train is 8 min walk @Nostrand/Fulton. The utility and internet are included in the price.
