Hello !!
I'm in Bedstuy between the C(Kingston-Throope) & the A(Utica) looking for someone to move into the other room in a 2bed/2bath with w/d in unit. Been living here since December 2021 with my 2 cats and current roomie wants to move closer to the city. The lease term would be February 1st 2026 through January 31st 2027. Rent per person is about 1625 with all utilities aside from electricity and internet included.
About Unit & Building
- Amenities include: washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, separate bathrooms, small south facing balcony, two elevators, eighth floor
- Rent stabilized building(rent can only increase by a flat % annually)
- 24 hour security building with package room
- Gym with two treadmills, seated bike and dumbells

About me
I work remotely half of the time in accounting. I cook/bake the majority of my meals and often share. I’m nonbinary, gay and afrolatino. Prefer other queer or femme roommates but lets talk. Don’t usually ask to be cleaned up after and I’d like the same in a roommate. Would like to invest more in the common space with someone this year( new couches, new table, art, already have a new smart TV to set up and install). Very kind and considerate roommate overall.
