Available in our apartment is 1 room in a 5 bedroom space. We are four roommates in our 20's/early 30's: 1 college student, 1 barback, and 2 office workers. We all are on our own schedules which is great. We can go out for drinks, events, or just focus on our own things!

Apartment: This apartment take up the top two floors of the building. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining/common area, bathroom, and balcony.

Upstairs: Upstairs are two more bedrooms (one will be yours) and our own roof-deck.

Room: The room has a unique shape. The one drawback is there is a flood light from the top and wall window to the outside dining room (on second level - so no need to worry about privacy. However, everyone who has lived there in the past enjoyed its size and found it quite cozy. You also have access to the rest of the entire house! This is great hidden gem for saving money and first-time renters. Everyone says it's bigger than how it appears in the photos.

Neighborhood: The place is very conveniently located one block away from the G Myrtle-Willoughby stop. Also close by is a ten minute walk to the JMZ Flushing Ave stop. There is a coffee shop a block away as well as a couple hip bars a couple blocks away. It is 20-30 minutes to Union Square, 10 minutes to Williamsburg, 15 to Greenpoint, 20 to Park Slope, 30 minutes to LES, and about 40-50 to Lincoln Center.

Expectations: You're amazing! You're employed, respectful, clean up after yourself, don't bring the party home, etc. etc. You'll also actively help out around the house when needed, clean up, etc. Basic good roommate stuff!

Costs: $775 a month plus utilities, which can be anywhere from $40 to $70 depending on the month and usage. First, last, and security.
