[Listing] Leasing-Out 1 bedroom in Bed-Stuy in a 3Bed 1.5Bath

**I swear this is not a scam, the landlord is very thorough with the applicants. Plus, you would get to see the place before applying

I am looking for someone to rent my room and take over the lease. I am a part of a lease with 2 other roommates (3 of us in the apartment). The lease ends August 2024.

If you are interested, please be able to provide (not to me, just have them readily available): 1) a SSN, 2) Credit Score (675+), and 3) a W-2/Letter of Employment w/ Salary.

MUST HAVE AN INCOME OF 40x THE RENT (i. e. $45k+)!! The landlord does not approve of people who will have their guarantors pay for their rent!

I’m looking for someone to move in sometime in the middle of November.

Here are a few descriptions of the general apartment:
- On the 2nd floor of a 3 story walk-up
- All-in-one washer/dryer combo included
- The apartment is fully furnished. The room is furnished too, but it’s optional
- About 8-10 minutes from the J/Z/C trains, a bus stop right in front of the apartment, and another across the street
- The apartment is in Bed-Stuy but it borders Bushwick

Description of the room:
- Average-sized closet with a big niche above it to store big items (I use it for my suitcases and storage bins)
- It fits a queen and a desk or dresser comfortably **picture shows a full bed
- It has a nice big window with a view of the street

Info on the other roommates:
- The other 2 tenants are women in their mid-twenties, and are looking for another woman (no men, sorry)
- They’re on the cleaner side, so they want someone that isn’t messy and will pick up after themselves.
- NO PETS and NO cigarettes, but must be friendly
- LGBTQIA+ Friendly and BIPOC Friendly!

The rent is $1036.67. The utilities are not included in the rent, but it comes out to no more than $1,200 a month.

I would love to meet you via zoom call or facetime before giving you the address, just to make sure you’re not a psychopath (not a huge fan of giving my address to random strangers on the internet).
