Room in Bed Stuy

Bed-Stuy, spacious room available in the basement of a ground-level townhouse apartment. Apartment includes a washer/dryer and a dish washer. You would essentially have your own bathroom. Backyard patio space, ample storage, large kitchen.

Two roommates (Megan and Matt) in their late 20s who work from home, we both live upstairs and really only go downstairs to use the washer/dryer. There are two cats who are quiet and can be (and are) kept upstairs, it is unlikely that we can accommodate any more pets unfortunately.

There is a grocery store across the street, pharmacies, liquor stores, bodegas, restaurants very close too. ~10ish minute walk to the A/C subway line, 10-15 minute walk to the J/Z line.

Rent is $1,315 a month, utilities usually $100-150 extra a month per roommate. First months rent + security deposit equal to one months rent required to move in. Just looking for someone who is relatively quiet, can sign a full-year lease, and can pay rent on time. Available immediately for a prorated rate for rest of November or for December 1 move in. Lease ends Aug 31 2026 and can be renewed.
