Great Room for Rent in Bed-Stuy

We are looking for a third roommate in our 3 bedroom Bed-Stuy apartment. The room available is 150 Sq ft. It’s bright with big windows, tall ceiling and hardwood floors.

The way our apartment is laid out, each of the rooms are pretty separated from the others. One of the other rooms has an ensuite half bath, so there's essentially no fighting over the bathroom. We also live on the top floor of our building so generally it’s pretty quiet. There's no common living area, however the kitchen is spacious and we also have access to a pretty great rooftop.

The building has washer and dryers in the basement, and the unit has central AC and heating. As far as the neighborhood goes, there’s a 24 hour bodega just downstairs. We are a 7 minute walk from the C Train, 10 minutes from the J and about 20 minutes from the L.

Your roommates would be Joshua. and Jamie (I'm Joshua by the way). Both of us are very friendly but we also both stay busy and tend to keep to ourselves a bit. The way the rooms are separated can sometimes create the illusion that you live alone, but you just so happen to have two friendly neighbors who live down the hall :)

PS. Our previous roommate has already left, so there is the possibility of an early move in. But we'll be signing our actual new lease November 1st.
