Looking to create a COVID-conscious living space

I am a South Asian non-binary born and bred New Yorker who's 41 and looking for roommates (ideally 30+ and/or QTPOC)to create a clean, quiet, COVID-conscious living space with. Masking in public with a KN95 or N95 is the baseline level of precautions I am comfortable with, as I am chronically ill.

The apartment itself is a 3 bed/2 bath walk-up, and the unit is the entire second floor. You would be sharing the bathroom with someone else moving in. The smaller room ($900, 9ft x 7ft) is front/street side, and the larger room ($1000, 11ft x 7.5ft, excluding closet area) is in the back with a view of backyard (no access, though)—both with their own A/C, ceiling fan, base board heating, a closet and a window. If you're down to split down the middle and make the smaller room a shared office space, even better!

The building is close to Myrtle/B'way-J/M/Z subway station, near pretty much everything you could want within a five minute walk: bars, music venues, galleries, restaurants, groceries, bakeries, coffee shops.

Share a little about yourself, your cleaning habits, and expectations in a COVID-conscious living space. **So, if you don't meet criteria and can't adequately answer these questions, don't waste my time.**

Lastly, here's the important stuff: $833 security, utilities (internet, gas, electricity) run under $100/mo. per person, application/background/rental history/credit check required (guarantor OK if your income isn't 40x your share of monthly rent and if your credit is below 650). You will be signing onto an existing lease from August 1st, 2025 through July 31st, 2026.
