Furnished Room June 30 - August 6

Subletting furnished room June 30 - August 6 (5 weeks, flexible dates).

This is the largest bedroom in our 4 bed, 2 bath apartment. It’s situated on the Bed Stuy/Clinton Hill border, on the intersection of Greene and Bedford avenues. 2 min walk to the G train, and 10 min to A & C, lots of bus options. The location is phenomenal; there’s a pizza, bagel and wine shop across the street. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants, brownstone lined blocks all around for those who enjoy a walk.

There is laundry in the building, central air conditioning & dishwasher, and just about anything you need you’ll find in the apt. We’ve got a rooftop that’s accessible as well. The roommates are three working women in their late 20s, early 30s. We enjoy watching a movie together or grabbing a drink, but also respect one another’s privacy and value our alone time. The room faces the back of the building so you don’t get a lot of noise and enjoy a great deal of greenery and privacy. This is a BIPOC, LGBTQ+ friendly household so it’s essential that the person who takes the room shares our values. Since I will be leaving all of my furniture (and hopefully some of my belongings shoved underneath the bed) i’m hoping to find someone who will respect the space and everything in it. If you’re a fan of plants I can leave those as well.
