Seeking Roomate For Beautiful Bed-Stuy Apartment

Hi there!

My roommate has just pulled out of signing the lease on a beautiful 2 bed/3 bath apartment in Bed-Stuy/Ocean Hill.

The apartment is round the corner from
Halsey, has a spacious and bright living room/kitchen with a dishwasher and stainless steel applicants, there's a full guest bathroom with the W/D, and either side of the living room are the bedrooms, each with a closet and en-suite. The rooms are in the smaller side but could absolutely fit a desk and a double bed.

The property is on the 2nd floor and looks out into the quiet, residential street. There's a cute coffee shop about 15 seconds away!

The rent is $1,500 per month but utilities aren't included. I do need someone who is ready to sign by the end of the week if possible.

About Me! I'm 30, British/American, I WFH 2 days a week and in the office 3 days a week. I work in gaming production so I'm on set for long days! I like going out on weekends but equally like to stay in and watch a movie. I'm very minimalist and avoid clutter at all costs! I'm big into fitness of any kind, plant based, just binged White Lotus and Euphoria, A24 movie posters are elite, I wish I could buy pottery but also have to pay rent so there's that, I have a car and saw there's a Trader Joe's 15 minutes away so, you know, let's go.

I also like music and maybe we'll go to a disco night and forget our problems dancing to Cheryl Lynn.
