Rent - $1600/month + Utilities (Gas, Electric, Internet). One-year lease starting ASAP. Will consider shorter term lease (minimum 3 months) to start.

Room: Approx 255 sq. Ft. - plenty of room for a queen/king sized bed, desk, couch/tv area. In rear of the building, basement level. Shared bathroom (with bidet toilet seat), kitchen (new stove/oven installed 9/23), and living room are on ground floor. Access to large back yard, (60x24 feet) which is in process of being transformed from an overgrown w**d jungle to a native garden with areas for relaxing/ entertaining.

Current roommates: David, Cis, white, gay male; Austin, African American, Queer - both low-key, generally keep to ourselves in our rooms but will hang out and have dinner etc. Clean but not overly fussy. Austin works in retail so schedule is flexible. David works as an Executive Assistant on a flexible in-office/remote schedule.

MUST love dogs and be comfortable with larger dogs. Our two dogs are Jasper, the Dachshund, and Slayer the Coon Hound. Slayer can take a little time to warm up to new people but is fine with people who are comfortable with larger dogs.

Subway is about 5 min walk away. Laundry, post office, pharmacy, groceries are all within 5-15 minute walk away.

Preferably looking for gay/queer/LGBTQ+ Ally. Will have to meet with the landlords before being approved. Prefer single but have been ok with a couple in the past.
