Hi all,
We have a beautiful apartment in BedStuy with 2 bedrooms available and looking to sublet starting May 17, 2026 (Can be flexible with this date but must move in by June 1). This sublet will end exactly on July 31st! The apartment is kept clean and tidy, and we would like to have someone who will consistently upkeep in all areas of the home.

The small room will not be furnished and the large room will be furnished. If you need the small room to be furnished, we can do this for $100 extra (total $1400 for rent).
Two of the roommates are moving out before the lease ends on July 31st and looking for someone to complete the time on the lease.
