February 1st Sublet in 3BD/1BTH

Hi everyone,

We have a beautiful apartment in BedStuy with 1 bedroom available and looking for someone to sublet starting February 1, 2026. We can also be flexible for the move in date, as long as it is in Feb. We would ideally like someone to stay until the end of July, but also open to month-to-month, it can be available for up to end of July. The apartment is kept clean and tidy, and we would like to have someone who will consistently upkeep in all areas of the home.

The room will be furnished (bed, mattress, dresser), but some belongings of the current occupant will be left behind.
Requirements:
* No pets
* No couples
* Ideally someone in their mid 20’s - early 30’s
* Poc, lgbtq+ friendly

Apartment Info:
* Monthly rent $1400 + security deposit (this will be discussed based on length of stay)
* 3 bedroom + 1 bathroom
* Laundry in unit
* Central AC and heat
* 8 minutes walking distance: Myrtle Ave Subway (J, Z, M)
*Room is furnished (unfurnished is not an option)
