Large Bedroom Available in Heart of Bed-Stuy

Hey we are 2 young professionals looking to fill the last room in our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. We are both easy going so this isn't a really strict environment, as long as you're pretty clean there shouldn't be an issue at all. Current roommate will be moving out by January 1st, so the room will be all yours to start the new year.

THE BUILDING:

Modern building with a LARGE elevator. The building has access to the rooftop with an amazing view of the city (really nice during summer nights). It has a washer and dryer unit in the building so you don't have to travel. Also has a bike room if you're a rider.

THE ROOM:

It's a large bedroom with a shared balcony. It comfortably fits a full sized mattress, and the last roommate managed to fit a queen with all his things in. No closet but there is a rack installed to hang clothes and conserve space. All rooms have an AC/Heater as well. Water and gas are included.

THE AREA:

Literally in the heart of Bed-Stuy. Right across from a park and walking distance from everything you need. Getting to the city is as simple as a 10-15 minute walk to the Myrtle Ave M/J/Z line and the G line. About a 15 minute ride to LES. Short walk to all the bars, clubs, and lounges on Broadway as well. It's typically easy to find parking around here too (I personally drive and usually find a spot relatively quickly). The block is also super wide.
