Hi!
I have a ground floor duplex I am looking to rent. Yes there are 3 bedrooms (2 big and one small) but I am preferably looking to rent it to two roommates who wouldn't mind splitting it for $1250/person. You two can decide what to do with the 3rd smaller room (office, more closet room, whatever)
Or if 3 people want to take it all and split the overall $2500 cost, that's fine as well
The ground floor is the living room area, kitchen, dining area and a bathroom. Upstairs are 3 rooms plus another bathroom
One month deposit is required. It WILL NOT be substituted for one months rent. It is held for any major damages noticed upon move out. I am willing to split the deposit into the monthly rent if it cannot be produced upon move in.
Tenants must pay for ConEd. All other utilities are included in price
As far as pets go, Cats are fine within the duplex.
Background checks will be done on all person's moving in.
