Available ASAP. Looking for a subletter until May with an option to renew in a big 3 bed 1 bath in Ocean Hill. LGBTQ+, and 🍁 friendly. MUST BE SERIOUS ABOUT COVID SAFETY. That means wearing masks in public, good hand hygiene and no guests or company.

This is an amazing unit with modern exposed brick walls, full of light, great on space, and washer / dryer in unit !!!
Completely separate rooms, in an apartment that is in an ideal location leaving you steps to Rockaway Ave C, Broadway Junction L, A, C, and Chauncey J train. There's also two great cafes, a hardware store, two corner bodegas and a liquor store all on the same corner.

YOUR ROOMMATES (Matt and Willow will be moving out in May when the lease renews)

Matt (25) (he/him) - "Aspiring stand up comic, who occasionally does zoom shows around the house. I’m a bartender for work, and typically work from 2-11. I like to play video games in the living room occasionally."

Willow (25) (she/her) - "Aspiring actor who also casually dances and directs sometimes. I’m a barista and bartender for work so I’m either working very early or very late."

Ryder (24) (they/them/he/him) - "trans and queer, 🍁 frequent Smoker. Odd job worker so schedule varies."

Bat Boy - Willow and Matt's super cute Pomeranian. He has alopecia so he doesn’t look like a typical pom and needs to wear sweaters to keep warm. He does get anxious and has a lot to say, but he’s very loving and cuddly so you will always be greeted by him excitedly when you come home.

If you decide to move in, you'll be joining a really solid group of friends who like to watch movies and have lots of together time. They're not exactly neat freaks as you can see, but they are respectful of common spaces.
