Looking for a responsible, tidy, LGBTQIA, weed, friendly roommate to take over a sublease from 9/1/2020 - 11/15/2020 (Note: I am trying to see if we can just extend until end of Nov-MJ) (with the possibility of staying longer).

Ideally, the prospective candidates should be somewhat busy and independent, capable of contributing to the tasks around the house, pet-free and able to furnish a credit check, proof of funds and references.
