Bright Spacious Room In A Brownstone Sharehouse

Our home

We are big, beautiful household made up of a diverse and welcoming group of young people, and two lazy grown cats, and one truly lovable kitten. The best part, is that we all really enjoy each other's company. You will often find at least two or three people in the backyard, chatting and sharing a beer. That being said, it is important to note that we are not a party house. Also important to note is that, however much we enjoy hanging out, we are also all very respectful of each other's privacy - we never feel obliged to socialize.
We are looking forward to finding someone who will fit in and enjoy living with us as much as we already enjoy living with each other.
The room available is on the top level of this three story, nine bedroom brownstone. It is a very large room, with natural light coming in through two big windows. It can be rented either furnished or unfurnished, whichever is preferred. The bathroom is shared with two other roommates, and the kitchen is shared between the three of you.
There are two other bathrooms in the house, and another, larger kitchen on the bottom floor. Every ones schedules tend to be different, (both pre-covid and during this time) so we have never really experienced much trouble with either the bathrooms or the kitchens.
We also have a shared living room on the ground floor with a tv, board games, and a decent sized library. That said, probably the best feature of the house is our backyard. If the weather is anywhere near tolerable, that is where you will find us.
I know that for some of you the idea of living in a share house seems overwhelming, but if our living situation sparks any sort of excitement into you - come by, let's share some beers and get to know each other. Maybe you'll find that you will fall in love with our home, just as much as we have.
