A Small, Cozy Room w/ Shared Balcony awaits!

We're a growing, beautiful household made up of a diverse and welcoming group of young people, and two lazy cats, and the best part is that we all really enjoy each other's company. You will often find at least two or three people in the backyard, chatting and sharing a beer.

That being said, it is important to note that we are not a party house. Also important to note is that, however much we enjoy hanging out, we are also all very respectful of each other's privacy - we never feel obliged to socialize. We are looking forward to finding someone who will fit in and enjoy living with us as much as we already enjoy living with each other.

The room is on the middle floor of this three story, nine bedroom brownstone. It's a small room room with a semi-private patio, and natural light coming in through one big window. It can be rented either furnished or unfurnished, whichever is preferred. The bathroom is shared with one or two other roommates, and the kitchen is shared by 3-4 folks

There are two other bathrooms in the house, and another smaller kitchen on the top floor. Every ones schedules tend to be so different, we have never really experienced much trouble with either the bathrooms or the kitchens.

We also have a shared living room on the ground floor, however probably the best feature of the house is our backyard. If the weather is anywhere near tolerable, that is where you will find us.

I know that for some of you the idea of living in a share house seems overwhelming, but if our living situation sparks any sort of excitement into you - come by, and let's share some beers and get to know each other. Maybe you'll find that you will fall in love with our home, just as much as we have.
