$850 Security deposit + $425 Pro-Rated June rent = $1,275

Location: Bedstuy/Bushwick border, 5 min walk to the Myrtle Broadway JMZ trains (20 min into Manhattan, 10 min to Williamsburg!), 15 min walk to Myrtle Willoughby G train (15 min to Greenpoint, 20 min to Downtown Brooklyn). Many buses (B38, B54, etc.) in the area. Food Bazaar, Mr Kiwis Grocery stores only 5 min walk, Right by a bunch of chill bars and coffee shops like Bizarre Bar, Baby Skips, Little Mo?s!

The Room:
Huge exposed brick bedroom with two super large windows, a large closet, AND a brick fireplace (obviously non-working, we can?t have it all in Brooklyn, can we?). A large exposed brick wall with a tall ceiling, making the room feel even more spacious than it already is. The bedroom is away from all other bedrooms, so you?re not sharing any walls with roommates - it?s honestly the best and the most private room in the house :) Natural light, lots of space for furniture if you want. This room will come unfurnished, but I may be selling some furniture ;)

The Roommates:
You must be LGBTQ and dog-friendly. There?s an adorable tiny poodle that lives in the house - mostly in the downstairs bedroom/living room. Your roommates would be 2 male and 1 female, all super easy going and clean working professionals in their late twenties-early thirties. Everyone has different schedules, so sometimes the apartment might feel like it?s all your space depending on your schedule!

The Apartment:
The apartment is ground floor... easy move-in and no annoying walk-up. The space has a nice kitchen, huge living room in the downstairs part of the apartment, and 1.5 bathrooms. Living room has a nice TV and couch, the full bath is on the main floor and has a tub and shower. Access to backyard through one of the bedrooms. Roof access available too. All packages are brought into the building - no more worries about your Amazon Prime goodies getting stolen off the street!
