Roommate wanted for three bedroom apartment

Brownstone located on Greene Avenue in BedStuy. We have the third floor to ourselves. Spacious shared common room with a lot of natural light, kitchen, and one bathroom. The apartment also has roof access. The Apartment is clean and a fantastic space. There is a huge park located directly across the street, community pool two blocks away, and the g train (Bedford/Nostrand) is about a five-minute walk. Also the A and C train (Nostrand Ave) is about a 15 minute walk. Laundry, delis, and grocery stores are all within reach.

About the Room: The room will be available May 01, 2026. The private room has a large closet and over-closet storage space, very high ceilings, and is pretty spacious. Room is warm in winter and needs only a good fan in summer. Please note, there are no windows in the room however, the bedroom is located closet to the living room with a lot of natural light.

It is currently being used as a storage room and a room for guests.

About Roommates:
My name is Taylor and I have been living in the apartment since May of 2015. I absolutely adore the space, location and price. When home (which is not a lot), I like to have a good time, unwind with wine, love traveling, oceans, and theatre. I have one dog named Malta. She is a 5 year old service matlippo who is very well behaved and loves attention. I also have a 11 year old cat named Winston who is a white Persian. He sleeps 22 hours of the day.

There is currently another roommate, however she and her cat will be moving out shortly as she has entered into a meaningful relationship and is ready to take the next step.

Ideally, I am looking for someone also in their late twenties/early thirties who is professional. Animals welcome as long as they are friendly with other pets.

Rent is $1250 a month. Utilities are split evenly between roommates. During winter months, electricity is higher due to heat.
