2 rooms available in house with a yard

I have 2 furnished rooms opening up in August until September 30. So, this is good for someone in-between housing, or a student/intern/professional arriving in NYC and looking for a stop gap as they check out more permanent digs.

We have a shared yard in this 3 bed/1.5 bath apartment. There is a washer/dryer in the building, however, I don't use it since I drop off my clothes at the laundromat.

The rooms have large windows and get a lot of sun (yeah to Vitamin D). We are 2 minutes away from the YMCA gym and 2-8 minutes away from 3 trains (A/C/G), restaurants, coffee shops, HOME Depot, grocery stores, laundromats etc.

To move, you need first months rent and deposit (happy to discuss a lower deposit for the right person), one reference, and a sublease agreement.

You: Sane, clean and ok cleaning or pooling together money for a cleaner, and no drama.

Me: Busy, clean, female professional. I love to cook and somehow, I am barely home, except over the weekend.
