We have a room in a 3 bedroom apartment available on October 15th. The apartment is right next to the Myrtle/Broadway J/M/Z stop with Bushwick on one side and Bedstuy on the other. Rent is $900 plus utilities. The room can fit a queen sized bed and has a large closet. You'd be sharing with me, Jennie 38yo and Carl 49yo. I work in the restaurant industry and Carl is a sommelier who runs a wine store in Williamsburg. There's also a very friendly cat:)
What we're looking for:
Don't leave dishes in the sink, don't bring the party home, take out the trash once in a while and don't be a Trump supporter, that's pretty much all we want from a new roomie. If you're up for drinking some wine, cooking some food, listening to some music and get obsessed with a show together, that's a plus!
