Hello. I have a private bedroom available in my 4 bed/1 bathroom apartment for a female tenant. Please read all the details below and provide the requested information mentioned at the bottom. It is a simple application process so your thoughtful introductory response to this ad is vital. Thank you for your consideration.

LOCATION: Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn @ Quincy St & Lewis Ave. 30 min. to Manhattan via Gates Ave J train or Utica A/C trains. Laundromat & grocery 2-4 blocks away. Deli next door.

PROPERTY: 2nd floor walk up. Roof access with city views. Young professionals & small families live in the building. Good street parking. Quiet neighborhood.

ROOM/APT: Large size bedroom 11x11x10 ft. Closet with top storage, 2 tall windows with partial 10am-noon sunlight. A window a/c is included as well as the following: mini fridge with freezer; 7-in-1 combo microwave/air fryer/oven; folding side table.

This room is by the front door and only shares a wall with 1 hardly here roommate. The other 2 rooms are about 15-25ft away.
Shared bathroom, Strict no shoes policy. We take turns fully cleaning plus tidying up after each use. *Kitchen access is very limited (sink).*

ROOMMATES: 2 females (20s, 50s) long term roomies (2-5 years).

1 hardly here (~2 days/weekly max) and 1 home daily but very, very discrete. Showers mainly at gym/partner's. Rare to no guests, no cooking. Very quiet and private. Will feel like 1 roommate.

Myself & Partner (male) (30s, writer & researcher) Work from home. Quiet introverts but helpful, no guests. I am in the kitchen almost constantly. Our room is 25 ft away from yours. We are very early risers (5-7am) but will mainly plan around your work schedule to avoid your inconvenience.

YOU: This room is available for a female roommate, any age. 1 VERY IMPORTANT CRITERIA is minimal kitchen usage i. e. sink for water or dish cleaning. Your room includes a mini fridge freezer and 7-in-1 microwave/air fryer/oven for cooking needs. If you do not need these items whatsoever or the kitchen beyond sink usage, a mini portable washing machine/spin dryer can be arranged in the bathroom instead.

Other criteria is very clean in bathroom (hygienic and also take a turn to clean) and peaceful when at home. A small in-room only pet maybe considered. An occasional guest is fine. No indoor smoking. Good communicator, responsible & good sense of integrity.

TERMS: $1000 monthly includes rent, Verizon FiOS wifi, heat & hot water, and most electricity (inquire). Available May 1st, open to June-July moves as well. 3 month or longer stay. Solo female only.
