Hello, thank you for your interest. I am seeking a female renter for JUNE 1ST.

It is located in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn at Lewis Avenue & Quincy Street. 30 minutes to Manhattan via the Gates Ave J/Z trains or the Utica Ave A/C trains.

Please be a clean individual, in addition to taking a turn to clean shared spaces. Actively busy with work/school/social and quietly relax when at home. We are polite and helpful yet keep to ourselves.

$825 includes fios wifi, heat and hot water. The room is approx. 7.5x9 with 10ft ceilings. It includes a window a/c and may come furnished with: full size bed, folding desk, chair, 6 cube storage, mini fridge/freezer. Monthly electricity is typically $45-$65/each. Roof access with unobstructed city views.

*We do not wear outside shoes indoors ever.
*We do not host guests, but you may host a guest 2x weekly.
***The kitchen is only accessible for dish washing and drinking water. You have a private fridge/freezer, and share a 5-in-1 combo microwave/oven/air fryer.

3 month minimum stay. 1st and security. Photo ID, proof of income, and references required.
