Unfurnished bedroom is very large can hold a King bed. Common areas lightly furnished. NO LOUD MUSIC, PETS OR SMOKING! Bad cleaning habits not welcome. Owner nearby. WiFi included, 24 hr Heat & cooking gas. Electric is split with roomies. Hallway well lit & security cameras. Kitchen is spacious Lots of cabinets and storage space. Hardwood floors throughout. Several windows in apt to soak up sun when you want it's warmth including three in the 24'8x14'5. living room. Full and half bathrooms in the unit. Huge common area walk-in coat closet with shelving and hanging rack providing lots coat space. On street parking. One flight of stairs. Two blocks from J train Broadway/Halsey station, but near or quick transfer to A, M, LL trains. Only 20 minutes to lower Manhattan, 15 minutes from Williamsburg or Ridgewood, Queens. Buses nearby - B26, B52, B7 and B25. No pets/washer/dryer - sorry but there's one just around the corner. Late night hours at Key Food grocery store. Close proximity to 24 hour grocery, drug, discount, fast-food stores, library, and (2) post offices. Saratoga Park is around the corner if you like to run or walk. Looking for a minimum rental stay of 2 yrs. Monthly rent is $1,100.00. Min income $40,000
