Utilities are an additionals $100. (includes weekly cleaning of common areas.)

Lots of students, interns and young professionals. Roommates are friendly, responsible and are work/study oriented. The apartment is clean and tidy, with eat in Kitchen and has 2 bathrooms.

There is no smoking allowed in apartment. Looking for friendly, tidy respectful roommates. Internationals are welcome.
