Welcome to our beautifully restored brownstone! We offer a large fully furnished room with a full-size bed for rent at $1,700 monthly. Our home is on a peaceful tree-lined street in the heart of Bedford-Stuyvesant, a charming mixed neighborhood conveniently close to transportation, groceries, shops, and other amenities, ensuring all your needs are met.
Our fully furnished bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind and equipped with all the essentials you need, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, linens, and towels. You'll have access to laundry facilities (washer/dryer) and bathrooms on all floors, with cleaning services provided once a week. You'll have access to a shared kitchen, dining room, and living room to enjoy cable TV. Additionally, you'll have access to a gym with a sauna, a large backyard with two picnic areas, and a pool with a deck—the large room rental package includes all utilities.
We offer appointments on weekdays after 7:00 p. m. and have open availability on weekends. We expect a minimum stay of one month and ask that you kindly provide detailed information about yourself.
