I am moving out and helping the landlord find new tenants for a 4-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. The apartment is about a 4-minute walk from the R train at 86th Street and also has a separate dining area.
There are four private rooms in total: three larger rooms at $800/month each and one smaller room at $660/month. One of the larger rooms has a queen-size bed, and the other two larger rooms have full-size beds.
The kitchen, bathroom, and dining area are shared. Wi-Fi is $20/month per person, or $15/month per person if all four rooms are occupied. Other utilities are shared as applicable.
