Hello! My roommate and I are looking for 2 roommates for our 4bed/1bath apartment on the top floor of a 3 story building. The apartment is always filled with beautiful natural lighting and skylights are located in the bathroom and dining area. Our street is a quiet one in an old-school Brooklyn neighborhood, just a short walk from R line and tons of shopping. The 12 month lease starts August 1st, 2026, and we are currently looking for roommates to take the room for the full year.

ABOUT THE ROOMS: The smaller room is a cozy medium size and comes with an equally sized closet. You could fit a full sized bed and a desk in there. It's situated at the front of the apartment and perfect for working from home.

The larger room is located at the back of the apartment away from some of the noise of the street. A queen bed and desk would fit with the right layout.

ABOUT US: We are females in our early 30s and we maintain a BIPOC and LGBTQ+ friendly household. We both work a hybrid schedule so we are often around the apartment. We enjoy each others company occasionally, but usually spend most of our time in our own rooms. We host a dinner party every now and again, but we don’t bring parties home and are just generally a very quiet bunch. We maintain a very clean home and strictly assign chores to ourselves weekly.
