Hey friends! My Partner and I are looking to rent out two of our extra rooms in our apartment. If you (or someone you know) is looking for a great space, let's chat!

We have a three-bedroom apartment on the top floor with two rooms to rent. Rent Includes two Rooms - One bedroom with an adjacent room that can easily convert into a Study room, gaming room, or even Storage.

One month's deposit is due at the time of moving.

A few things:
-We both work full-time, and I spend most of my time traveling in and out of NY/Toronto. My partner moved out, so mostly the apartment would be quiet. We don't host parties or late-night activities.

-The room is unfurnished.
-Bay Ridge R Stop is the closest subway stop
-B37 bus to Downtown Brooklyn.
-New York Ferry Stop to Wall Street
-There are *so many* grocery stores and restaurants on our street, it's nuts.
-Spectrum Internet, 400 Mbps, if you're a work-from-home type of person!
