1Bd Solo Apartment (Some Dog Sitting Required)

This is a subsided full one bedroom Basement apartment (750 sq ft) with its own entrance and fully furnished / full bath and kitchen. I have two teen sons one in college and the other living with me half time. The rent is less than market because I’m looking for someone to assist owner w housesitting and pet sitting when traveling. Owner spends approx 100 days away from the home per year.

Apartment details: Furnished but most things can be moved out if the tenant has their own furniture. The kitchen area will have a working 20" electric stove top and oven. It will also have a new fridge ( ~24–28″, capacity ~10-12 cu ft, top-freezer layout). There is a garbage and recycling pull out.

In the upstairs home there is laundry which will be available for use when the owner is away for business or travelling for personal reasons (which is usually about 10 days per month minimum).

Unit has its own heating/cooling units and has a jacuzzi bath tub and rain shower head.

Electric, water, gas and Internet are included for the $100 per month utility fee which is already a part of the rent cost quoted.

Some of the household chores expected when the owner is away (and dog is n not home) are; taking in packages and unboxing and recycling packaging. Charing doorbell. Taking garbage out. Watering plants. Ensuring mini split units are not left on upstairs.

Need responsible adult that is able to work from home approximately 5 days per quarter (approx 20 per year) to take care of small dog and house sit (entire home) while away on business trips. Available anytime.
