I have one room available in my two-bedroom apartment starting February 1st. It is located two blocks from the Bay Ridge Ave R stop. There is also a living room, kitchen and bathroom which would be shared, and one big closet in entry hall available for your storage. The room has high ceilings, two windows- lots of light- and is 120 Sq Feet (12x10 feet).

I am a woman listing for a female roommate. The room would be $1000. Utilities are included in room price: internet, electricity and gas. First month and security are needed to move in which is $2000 total. *No pets are allowed* in building.

Fyi-I don’t have visitors ever; I do my socializing outside. This share is suitable if you are okay with upholding the same: no ‘hanging out’ at apt, no overnight “guests” and no out of towners staying with you!
