Bedroom 2 (9.5 × 8.5 ft) $1000.
Cozy, bright, single window, hardwood floors, and yepp - another teal closet. I know, oh so groundbreaking. Perfect for an office or giant walk-in closet.

Bonus: there are two extra hallway closets available to you.

Location perks: A few blocks from the 77th St R train, B63 bus around the corner on 5th Avenue. Laundromat close by. Restaurants, shopping, salons, and more dollar stores than you’ll ever need. Quiet block… unless the corner restaurant (Mussels & More) has a band playing.

About me: You’ll be sharing with me (44F) and 2 pet snails 🐌 (age unknown but they’ve outlived expectations unlike their siblings - RIP). I'm easygoing, mostly clean (I do shed but not much else), considerate, and mostly responsible. I work early hours (3am-11am) so I'm in bed by 5pm during the week. Weekends = long run or a race (training for the NYC Marathon... sort of.) and then hunting for food because cooking takes energy I don't have.

About you: Preferably one woman to take both rooms ($1700/month). Someone similar to me who just wants a chill, comfortable home. Someone who doesn’t mind my weird schedule, is cool with my snail roommates, and can tolerate my obvious affinity for Keith Haring.
