Room Available in Renovated Bay Ridge Apartment

Hi! I’m Fabiana. I’m looking for a female roommate starting November 1st to share a lovely apartment in Bay Ridge.
The apartment is in a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from the R train. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is bright and renovated, on the second floor of a walk-up. It has stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher!), and there’s no broker fee. Heat and hot water are included in the rent.
A little about me: I’m a postdoctoral fellow at NYU Tandon School of Engineering. I’m quiet, clean, and polite, and I like having a peaceful home to come back to after work.
I’m looking for someone who is also respectful and easygoing. Good credit score and stable income are required.
