About the Space: • Room available May 1st • Located in a quiet, safe area in Bay Ridge • R train is a 5-minute walk, N train about 10 minutes • Bus stop right outside the house • Grocery stores, laundry, and essentials all nearby • Utilities not included • Security deposit required ($1250.00) • Note: The walls in the room may need a fresh coat of paint, totally up to you. The previous roommate left a few marks.
