Bay Ridge Room Available

Hello! My name is Nakeisha. My roommate and I are looking for a Christian female roommate to share our 3-bedroom apartment in Bay Ridge. It's a 2nd floor walk-up and we're located right above a bar. We all share a spacious living area, kitchen and bathroom, but you would have your own room. The bedroom itself has a large closet and two windows.

We are approximately a 5 min walk to the 77th Street stop on the R train, and there are a few buses nearby.

Non-negotiables:
-females preferred, please. Responses from males will be deleted.
-we would like to maintain a God-honoring environment, we ask that you only respond if you identify as a Christian.
-please note that we require at least 2 references from people who can vouch for your character & reliability.
-we live in a dry apt., so we do not have or drink alcohol.
-no boyfriends can sleep over, no exceptions.
-no dogs.
