Great room rental for an employed female!

Hi ladies! Looking for a fully employed lady, no remote workers or hybrid at the moment, sorry.

Requirements to move in are: Fully Employed with Pay stubs to show in person at appointment. A valid photo I. D such as a drivers or non drivers licence. A good reference by past landlord(s) if possible.

Financial: First month and one month security must be given in full prior the to move in date, keys will be given at this time. This is a month to month agreement and you will sign a roommate agreement.

This is a two bedroom, 3rd story walk up that is a colorful and comfortable apartment that is nice and spacious! Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Your room is a good size of a bedroom with a closet, window, AC and ceiling fan. The room is furnished. You have to buy a new mattress though, no used from another apartment please. There is no washing on premises, many are around us or pick up and delivery available.

I'm looking for an easy going roommate who is good at communicating anything to do with the living situation. Someone who is full time employed outside of the home. You need to prove you are employed and sow pay stubs. I need to know you actually really have a job.

This is a very nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and stores for every need.

This apartment is near the R line on 86th Street. There is an X bus which gets you to Manhattan in 25 minutes.
