Looking for a fully employed, easygoing woman who is full time employed outside of the home.

Requirements to move in are: Fully Employed with Pay stubs to show in person at appointment. A valid photo I. D. A good reference by past landlord(s) if possible. I will not require copies of anything, however, please be prepared to show in person.

Financial: First months rent and one month security must be given in full prior to the move in date, keys will be given at that time. there is a basic roommate agreement to read and sign.
This is a month to month rental.

About the apartment:
This is a two bedroom 3 story walk up/no elevator. It's a comfortable apartment which is pretty spacious! Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. Your room is a good size. The bedroom has a closet, one window which gets very strong sunlight, AC and ceiling fan. The room is furnished, however, you have to buy a new mattress. I will not accept a used one from another apartment due to possible prior issues in your last place of residence. There is no washing machine on premises. There is Video intercom system.

No heavy alcohol drinkers please, I have no patience for that lol. If you are in that partying phase best to find a like minded roommate. I'm looking for a mature, centered female who lives a focused life who is at least fairly easy to co-exist with. Someone who is considerate of others :)

This apartment is near the R line on 86th Street, five minute walk. and gets to lower Manhattan in 40 minutes. There is an X bus which gets you to Manhattan in 25 minutes.
