Huge Bright room with park views available in 2 bedroom apartment in quiet area. The location of the building is amazing. You can walk 8 min to the R subway station, or 12 min to the N express stop. There are 2 Express busses stop just 2 blocks away. Water ferry just across the park, which can take you with the fresh ocean breeze to Downtown Manhattan in 30 min. Tons of shopping and restaurants on 3d and 5th Avenues. Apartment itself located in prewar building with Art Deco hall, laundry room in the basement. You will be living in 1000 sq ft apartment, with enormous living room which I use a photo studio, kitchen with new stove/fridge, tons of closet. Your room has 2 large windows, high ceilings. I have a 8 y. o. male cat, neutered, very sweet and friendly animal, which mostly hangs out in my room. There is no animal smell in the apartment, and the space is also very airy.

I am looking for a friendly professional, artistic type maybe who likes a family type of environment.
I am an early riser, who goes to park running often, I like to cook, preferably vegetarian food (but you don't have to!). I started my video production company and I also freelance, but I mostly work from home.
