Sunny private room in Bay Ridge

Hey all!

I?m looking for somebody to take over my portion of the lease at a 3 bed 1 bath townhouse on 80th and 4th in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.

The room is a huge 13 x 13 room with a 8 x 3 storage space. It?s south facing with 3 (!) windows and gets a lot of sunlight even in winter. There?s also a wooden wardrobe and an Ikea table for free if you?re interested.

The living room in the apartment has recently been recently renovated with hardwood flooring and has 3 bay windows.

The R train is a couple of blocks away at 77th Street Station, and you have plenty of food and bar options on 3rd ave. Laundry, pharmacy and supermarket are all within a block?s radius too.
The place is also 10 minutes from the Shore Road park which gives you a great view of Manhattan and the Verrazano Narrows Bridge.

You?ll be living with two girls in their early twenties - both recent grads working in the city.

Rent : 1000$
Lease duration : 6 months. If you do not want to sign the lease you can instead sublet the room from me.

Move in date : Flexible. ASAP if you prefer.
