Hello! We are currently seeking to sublet one room in our house. We rent out the bottom part of a two story brownstone. The first floor includes living room, dining room, and kitchen. The 2nd floor contains all four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms - toilets are communal but showers are separate (one upstairs one downstairs). There is also a big patio in the back with a grill (Cigarette Smoking is OK but outside). Lastly, we do have a giant basement with plenty of storage space. Heat and Hot water are included - Utilities come out to about $80-100 a month (includes Internet and Electric)
We also have a dishwasher and washer/dryer.
The current occupants are a guy and we are currently searching for 2 new roommates. The room for $775 is available by February 2017. Also, the room comes with a full size bed if you need! Please note this room does not have a window.
We are looking for those who are easy-going and like to go out for the occasional drink. We mostly keep to ourselves but aren't antisocial people. If you are interested, feel free to contact us; we would love to meet you!
